The basic class I took today to renew my practice was perfect. Jessica was a fantastic guide. The room is serene, there are a multitude of times and classes to choose from and Angela goes out of her way to accommodate you.

The studio is very beautiful and spacious. I attended a beginners gentle candlelight yoga session and it was incredible. I left feeling relaxed and at peace.

I would recommend A Jewel in the Lotus yoga in Islip to others. The facility is very nice and Ashley, the leader on Thurs nights, is very good. Its a beginner class so she takes the time to walk around and correct peoples position if they aren't correct.
