Just had my first class EVER and it was super fun. instructor was easy to follow and the music was upbeat, making it easy to up, jab and kick to. Hands down coming back!

Overall great workout and the cost is reasonable too. I think they should add some more time slots specially in early morning.

Such a thorough all around work out ! Wow ! The instructor was Tammy and she is crazy strong, energetic, positive, and encouraging. Great experience... my daughter and I will be going back.
