They were great! Not only they did a good job on my car but also they were very friendly and nice. I would use them again.

Great customer service! The car detail wasn't perfect and there were a few misses. But when pointed out at delivery, it was taken well and all flaws were corrected. Had to make a second trip though. To make up, a free detail was also offered.

first time we had a great experience, friendly service and thorough job. This time around, service was not friendly and different information was given regarding inclusion of the car booster seats in the cleaning. When I picked up the car, it was dark so I didn't notice there was still sticker on the rear passenger window and the collection of leaves just under the hood were still there. Disappointing given that the first time everything was polished and wonderful.

The person in the front office didn't know much about the service and couldn't answer some basic questions. It seemed like I got an $87 detail instead of a $175 detail that was on sale. There were areas in the car that were not cleaned and areas on the outside that were not waxed. When we picked up the car they had excuses as to why they could not clean certain areas. Not sure of the leather seats were conditioned or just cleaned with Armor All wipes. The headliner was not even touched when they vacuumed the car.
