bought this for my daughter in the spring as gift and she still hasn't been able to schedule a time to have it done. Apparently hours are very troublesome and once the owner canceled an appt.tht was scheduled. I am hoping she will still honor the coupon considering the problems have been on her end. Would not use this provider in the future if this is how the business is ruhl
