About Dance Moves

Erin Merwin wants to ensure the benefits of dance are available to all kids—so much so that she's willing to come to their neck of the woods to do so. Through her Dance Moves Mobile Dance Academy, Merwin works with parents to find convenient times to teach youngsters aged 2–12 the basics of ballet, jazz, and other styles, using popular music and a bit of imagination. In classes such as Ballerina Etiquette and Funky Pop, Merwin, a dancer since age 3, draws from experience that includes performing with the Performing Arts Ensemble in Red Bank.
