In my opinion, this person who calls herself a groomer has no business being near any animal with sharp instruments. She injured my dog in several areas, including slicing open his tongue and making him bleed all over the place. She then blamed the dog and told me I was rude because I became upset!!!! The place is a disgusting, filthy mess, and I would not EVER recommend this place or this groomer. I intended to report this "groomer" to the state, but was very discourage to learn that there is absolutely no agency that oversees groomers in FL, nor is a license required. BE CAREFUL. If you love your pet, stay clear of this place.
