I took my first class this morning and I must say the people were very nice and the studio was lovely. I think the instructor was great and the class was what I expected in an hour of power yoga. The temperature was perfect. About 90 degrees I believe.The 6am classes are a good fit for my schedule and they have them all week. So far, I'm very pleased. It seems like a nice group of people. The teacher spoke a bit about the importance of a community when it comes to yoga while we were finishing our restorative stretches toward the end of the practice and I liked what she was saying.

Nobody is great! The teachers understand how important breathing is to yoga and emphasise listening to your body instead of pushing too far in a pose. Will be using all 30 days!
