The receptionist should be a bit more professional, with each customer. This is the only spa I've been to that water was not offered after the massage (this is a minimal investment that goes a long way with customers).

I was blown away by the services, the spa, and most of the people are fantastic! I have frequently been to other spas in our area, but after going to this spa I have realized exactly how relaxing a spa should be! Very happy with my purchase, and I will return on my own now.
