Too much time for a simple oil-change. 2hrs on both occasions.

In at 9:15 out at 1:30 for a change oil. Made me wait for their suggested wheel alignment that they could not perform. Was going to charge me $60 price difference for synthetic. Used my own oil and filter but still charged me an extra $5 for shop materials.
Had to ask service rep several times on car's progress. He certainly looked busy?
Feel like I was nickel and dimed.
Am avoiding this shop.

I went there today, 01/02/15 for the oil change package. They charged me an extra $20 and didn't put my lug nuts on all the way and my tire almost came off on the highway. I am currently sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck to take.

You should really treat people who come in for service into the showroom with some respect. Just because I am not buying a car doesn't mean you can just ignore me like my business doesn't matter. I waited for 20 minutes after being told "we're really busy right now" yet there was like 2/3 people (including that guy) just standing there. Eventually, someone else noticed me and finally gave me my keys to get my car, it took like 2 minutes to do this.
