The instructors and program are top-notch. Classes are always energetic and everyone participates with great enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoyed these classes and the low-pressure environment of the staff and facility.

it is a different kind of zumba there's a variety, like with toning and the Yoga part. AMAZING!!!
