The associate doing my mani/pedi was not very professional and was very slow. She never pushed back my cuticles, never massaged my arms or legs with lotion, she had to wipe nail polish off my skin after nearly every nail she painted, she told stories about other customers she had serviced and "how bad their nails were" and after spending two hours there my nails chipped that night. I didnt expect the appointment to take two hours but after it did i expected a lot more for my time and money.
