Very much a fitness class more than Martial Arts like I was expecting. However, people are all very patient and love to help you learn the proper ways to do things and get you going.

Currently with kids activities & schedules it would only work for me to do drop in classes until the fall. I realize it is a specialty type of workout but I wish the cost was lower for the 6 month membership & drop in fee/20 class punch card.

This is such a great deal! Great first class, everyone was so nice and helpful, instructor pushed me to my limits but in an encouraging way. Looking forward to next class!
