Lovely quiet studio with personable instructors who work to your strengths and allow for your weaknesses. Very comfortable place and I loved it.

This was my first yoga experience. The instructor Jim went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Not only did he provide an excellent experience, he did some therapeutic work as well. He also provides live music and meditation as part of class!
