Joann the nurse is very nice and encouraging. They don't push you into purchasing additional products. Very Encouraging.

They are extremely professional and encouraging. If anyone has struggled in the past with a weight problem and are waffling about this. I encourage them to try this route.

Staff were efficient and timely. Throughly explained program and what it would involve. Did measurements and explained why certain foods were not good to eat at night, which I had been eating. The power bars are good, but I cannot drink the powder. The B12cocktail was painless.
