When the doctors ask if I exercise, my answer usually is “does the stairs up to my house count?” 😜 Everyone is just to busy. Too busy to work out. But here the Classes are perfect! Only half an hour and just enough so I feel the burn. Instructors are super helpful and keep you moving.

I love Egan’s Boot Camp you do so many different workouts,you don’t get bored with the class the teachers are great helpful,friendly know what they’re doing. I love the new location,it’s big and nice.They serve free coffee,there is a sitting area you can meet with Friends before or after class. You can Order food and is very good, it is prepared by Panya restaurant,

The environment was welcoming, the staff was friendly, and the HIIT exercises were easy to pick up, but definitely challenging. My wife and I were totally sore the next day and we felt like we'd worked way more than 30 minutes. I like that the routines change on a daily basis. We'll definitely be back!

The workouts are awesome! Each day is a different workout. EVERYONE from the staff to other clients are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone starting a workout journey or for those looking for a different workout from what they’ve been doing.
