Breanna was very friendly and very helpful. I work 9-5 and she was able to schedule an appointment for after I was out of work which was nice because taking a day off work is not feasible for me. She listened to all of my requests and my hair turned out great! She was very welcoming and offered coffee. I explained that I was interested in cutting my hair short so that I could donate my long hair. We reviewed hairstyles in a book and then she showed me samples of hair colors that would match what I was looking for. The cut and color turned out as I had hoped and I was very satisfied. I will definitely be coming back!

I received the worst hair cut of my entire adult life. I came in about 3 weeks ago and I still HATE it. I felt like the stylist and I were speaking in entirely different languages. She kept trying to fix it and taking more and more off each time, which left me with hair WAY shorter than I wanted. I had even shown her a picture and what she did looked nothing like it. It was truly a worst nightmare hair moment. Also, the deep conditioning stuff was absolutely freezing when applied to my scalp - that is a quick fix to avoid in the future. Not sure what can be done to remedy the rest of the situation. I, for one, will never return.
