I've had no trouble with ink cartridges from Cartridge World.They work fine and are cheaper than the brand names.

I did purchase one Cartridge World HP 99 which was "dry" or not refilled. I have the receipt, but I have not gone back to exchange it. Not sure of what Cartridge World would do about it.
