Diners can build their own or browse a menu of specialty pies, including a meat lover's, hawaiian, or seafood pizza, which comes with mozzarella, garlic butter, crabmeat, and shrimp. Chefs also layer 6- or 12-inch subs with deli meat, cheese, and fresh veggies before tossing them in the oven to toast.
