Be prepared. Look at different hair styles on line and take photos with you. Be real about your hair if it is thin and fine, don't look for a style that only works on thick, curly hair. I was very happy with my experience and I will be going back.

My experience itself was pleasant and I like my cut, but my hair color turned out much lighter than I wanted and I ended up dyeing it again at home.

Over-processed white-gray highlights on top of head and temples. Stylist would not stand by her work. Wanted to charge more to fix and had no time. Have never been to salon that did not have a satisfaction guarantee. Will never go back
