I would highly recommend this for anyone who is serious about smart fun and effective exercise. Brian has also managed to create a very friendly and supportive environment. Love the members as much as the instructor!

I love ROX. I had been going to the same gym for around 5 years when I decided to give ROX a shot. A couple of my friends had already joined. ROX has re-motivated me and helped me find my passion for working out again! I would recommend it to everyone!
