The driver was nice but the problem was he did not have a permit to park at the airport so I had to wait for him as he drove around.

My service was great, I did have other passengers complaining about them for being late. I did not experience this. I think management needs to schedule better.

Drivers we very nice and professional. Be sure to ask about the " additional fees and gas surcharge with gas at 1.79 not sure how they justify that. I learned my lesson I shou have asked what other fees I would be charged. I was on time both ways.

Retail value was misrepresented by $100 thus affecting tip that was charged to my credit card. Driver was late. Expected tour of plaza but only drove past and spent majority of time in surrounding neighborhoods.

Absolutely horrible. I'm handicapped, and I walk with assistive devices on both arms; my first driver opted to park at the end of my driveway and allow me to walk all the way down the driveway. I was almost surprised that he grabbed my luggage because he initially stood and watched me struggle with it as I brought it out of my garage. Then he simply dropped me at the curb at the airport and drove off, didn't attempt to help me take my bags into the airport, obtain wheelchair assistance anything. THEN the company tries to add in a bunch of additional charges that are outside of the fine print parameters, though they try to pretend as if they are spelled out plain as day in the fine print section. The service that is provided is most definitely not worth the 20% gratuity that they attempt to force you to pay, and I most definitely will never use their services every again.

I was very disappointed in the limo ride...the windows were so foggy we couldn't see out - we probably didn't see 25 lighted houses...I have this ride before with a different service and it was MUCH better. I would not ever use this company again.

Didn't get to see very many lights. Quite disappointing.

Last time we did the Holiday lights tour their standard tour included the Plaza, Crown Center, the crazy house with all the lights and some beautiful neighborhoods. This time we literally drove around the same Mission Hills neighborhood for an hour. They pick up and returned on the west side of the plaza and there was no drive through the plaza to see the lights. We passed the Mission Hills City Hall three times and one of the golf course club houses a couple of times. It was pretty obvious we were doing circles. So disappointed!
