Chefs at El Pueblito highlight authentic Mexican flavors in each and every dish, from guacamole made with Haas avocados to hand-rolled tamales. They also prepare salsa several times a day in order to have a fresh supply on hand for the daily food fight. Excellent experience! Food and staff were so great- we nearly licked the plates after purchasing the dinner for four with drinks. Marguaritas were sublime. Shrimp Ceviche was the best I have had this far north of mason dixon line. Definitely going back.
