The staff is amazing and can't rave enough about the atmosphere... The only place I'd wake up at 5 am to workout at!

Love this gym! The trainers are friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable, and the workouts are challenging and efficient. Plus, the music is really good, which keeps my energy up!

My favorite place to work out. The set up of the classes is ideal for getting a good workout in and staying motivated to keep coming back for more!

I finished my 3rd class today. It was painful, but a great workout that I know I wouldn't have the motivation to do at home. I love that it's just 30 minutes.

This place is UH-MAZING! You will not regret this purchase. It’s a fun, friendly atmosphere. The instructors are great! They make you feel welcome, and the other members do just the same! You wouldn’t think you can get a good workout in 30min but you sure do! :) I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
