About Get Hooked on Painting

Held inside The Orchidloft in the Crossroads Art District, Get Hooked on Painting's BYOB painting classes give amateur artists the tools and inspiration they need to create their own masterpieces. The talented instructors present a specific painting, such as a bare tree at dusk or a blooming flower, then help students re-create it, walking them step-by-step through the process and giving them individualized attention along the way. The students, some of whom may have never wielded a paintbrush or paintcomb before, can also follow their creative whims and add their own twists to the painting, switching up the colors however they see fit.
