They made it very difficult for groupn people to get in. The massage was 30 minutes short . We got stood up for the first appt.

I would suggest placing drapes of a thick, luxurious material around your main entrance to make the environment a bit richer. I would remove the sticker decals on the front windows in the hallway. It cheapens the look of the salon.

The staff at Elite Ceutical were exceptionally accommodating and super friendly! I had several snags in my schedule, and they were able to reschedule me, each time, with no problem. I had a nice, relaxing facial there, and I highly recommend them!

My massage was terrible. The woman giving my massage was nice, but I couldn't clearly understand what she was saying, I didn't feel relaxed, I didn't get a full hour, and she used hot rocks that were so hot she had to put a towel between the rocks and my back, which was all together uncomfortable. I had the day off and I was looking forward to being pampered, but I was very disappointed. I never complain about such things, but it was that bad.

This salon was very unprofessional. They showed up late for my appointment and then made me wait while they opened up and got everything ready for their day. They advertise a 60 minute massage and my massage was only 35 minutes. The facial I received was the worst ever! The lady put a mask on my face and then left the room for 20 minutes. When she finally came back she didn't even clean my face completely before applying the lotion and then that was it, I was done with my so called facial. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
