This is a great enviroment to leave your children in. My kids really enjoyed themselves and beg to go back.

if one person is handling a complicated issue, the other employee should be able to handle if there is a pickup. I waited 30 minutes. Also, if I'm buying my child's snacks, she doesn't need an additional snack that I am automatically charged for.

No because I paid for 5 hours and my three kids were there for less than 2 hours and I still had to pay out of pocket

They didn't have many staff members working there which made me uncomfortable. They also didn't explain anything to us about what they offered or how things worked-just slapped nametags on the kids and took them in. Many games were out of order too
