What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We specialize in gourmet from Scratch cookies that are like none you have ever had. We supply cookies and many other pastries to coffee shops, restaurants and local businesses all over Kansas City.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Our 2 most popular cookies are our Sugar Cookie with a cream cheese frosting and also our Salted Caramel White Chocolate Cookie.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We simply saw a need several years ago for good cookies in Kansas City, we tried to find some and couldn't. So we filled that void and Kansas City has responded!
What do you love most about your job?
Several things, seeing people look at the cookies for the first time is always an amazing experience. The way we bake, finish and display out cookies is second to none and then hearing people tell their friends and co workers about it while standing in line is priceless.

I ordered lemon bars for a Superbowl party and I inquired about the cupcakes. They were kind enough to include some samples for a possible future purchase. The cupcakes and lemon bars were delicious and had my guests raving about the taste and appearance of them. I placed a second order for a huge event recently that included cupcakes and sheet cakes. Dylan Jones and his team did an amazing job and I'm looking forward to placing many orders in the near future. I even "liked" them on Facebook. Great Job, Scratch Bakery KC!!

The cookies were very good but they are located in a condo! You have to call and order in advance, set an appointment to pick up, call when you get there and then someone will bring your cookies down to you.
