My nails look amazing!!!

I was running late for my appointment. The staff was great about it. Very nice salon.

The salon called me the morning of my appt to re-schedule my appt due to an employee calling in. I understand things happen and agreed to be flexible and come in later in the day. I mentioned this to salon employee and he was shocked saying everyone was there. The services I received were sub-par. The atmosphere wasn't relaxing (music blaring), slamming doors out in the salon, emoployees knocking on the door twice during the appt, the massage therapist leaving the room 5+ times during the visit, the massage was suppose to be 50 mins and it was 30, the massage therapist had bad body Oder. and many more things. The staff was very friendly but I paid extra for gel nails expecting them to last longer and they didnt do a good job on my fingers so they ended up looking bad after a few days.

She was 45 min late for my service. I had to reschedule.

From the outside it appears it should be a pretty elegant and trendy salon, but it seemed kind of run down and overpriced to me. There werent very many people there when I went and it was their $20 Tuesday specials day. They have a man/pedi regularly for $75 dollars which is extremely ridiculous for the service they provide. There is nothing special about their service, only their location in the Power and Light district.

The front desk person scheduled my friend and I at the same time for mani/pedis. He forgot to inform us that there was only only pedi chair. This wouldn't have been a problem but there were other customers getting services too. It's not really a big deal, but it would have been nice to know.

Horrible customer service. Left multiple messages, never was called back. EVER! And one nail chair...... Really? Will never go bavk

Unprofessional. Worst pedicure of my life.
