Great class. Camille is a wonderful teacher. I enjoyed the heated room and the postures! Left feeling refreshed and energized.

This is an amazing studio with amazing teachers. I receive a lot of personal attention. Annette is very caring and a superb teacher!

The facility is a little bit of a challenge to locate, but I live in the Katy area so I was able to find it! Once arrived, I met yoga instructor Annette and she was very pleasant, she got me registered, and gave me some brief info about the studio. I visited the 'Hot Hatha Yoga' 10:30-11:30am session taught by Brittney, she's a very jubilant spirit and her instruction style is very patient ad she offers plenty of alternative poses for the yoga postures. I liked that Brittney focuses on posture and correct positioning to ensure you go the most out of your yoga experience. I learned a lot about my abilities and look forward to attending another class.

Be sure to bring water and a towel. You're going to sweat but will feel great afterward.
