I love takeing the kids to Pump It Up for family Jump times. Its a great place to chill while the kids go bonkers. A great alternative to the park in the heat of the summer. We will be back for more fun again and again. The kids love the mechanical horse right in the front lobby too!!

Did a birthday party and it was good, but felt everything was rushed since it was only 1.5 hours; 1 hour jump time and 30min eating and celebration time. Service was great though, very helpful.
