While the staff are very kind, the service was a mess. First, while doing the clarifying shampoo, I was water logged in my face/clothing. The stylist kept dropping everything. I was charged $50 more (which would not be a problem had they discussed it with me before the services were rendered). Lastly, after waiting 72 hrs, sleeping on silk pillow I wasted $200. My hair is dry and frizzy! So upset
