I came there by appointment and was told I have to wait about an hour to get in. Came an hour later and they "just took another client" . Had never experienced such an awful service.

I can honestly say this is by far the worse hair salon I have ever been in my life. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service, very inconsiderate towards the customer. the lady doing my hair was so involved gossiping, using inappropriate language and laughing to the other co-worker while she was doing my hair, that she burned my ear with the flat iron. I would definitely will never return nor recommend this place to anyone. I had a really bad experience.
