Kilie did color she was great! Tried very hard to get it just the way i asked and did a great job! Norma did a goid job with layers but cut shorter than i asked. Also wanted to do texturizer on my hair whuch i stopped her bc with my hair it doesn't look r ight. Overall very nice experience i would go back!
