I did not like my low lights. It looked like my all hair was dyed into dark color. Now I have to fix it because it looks very dark

The girls could not have been nicer, however, it's the day after my manicure and half of the polish is completely gone, and right after I left the salon I noticed one pinky was not even polished! I feel bad even giving this feedback, but it was a complete waste of money.
