Next, a staff member "blasts" it to create a sweet treat that's a bit chunkier than a smoothie and smoother than crushing s'mores with a fork. This is just one of the dessert offerings at Let's Yo! Yogurt, where guests choose from 70 frozen-yogurt flavors and 100 toppings to create their own signature treat. If the relative healthfulness of yogurt compared to ice cream isn't enough, non- and lowfat flavors, as well as no-sugar-added and gluten-free varieties, give customers health-conscious options. The rank of toppings includes fruit, candy, and 16 different cereals.
