Wonderful service. We were a little late due to traffic but they were very accommodating. We brought a small cooler and they gave us an extra tube to put it on and just asked us to take our trash away when we leave. It was a very relaxing afternoon. I would love to do it again

We had an amazing time with Northeast Mountain Guiding! As others have shared, it was tough to get in contact with them to schedule. I called and left messages at their office but didn't hear anything for a few days. I then messaged them on Facebook and received a reply that night! Our guide was amazing, explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable as it was our first time rappelling. We would 110% recommend! We can't wait to do it again!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable instructors. They make you feel very comfortable. I'm not a beginner but I took a couple of their beginner classes because it had been quite a few years since I'd last gone. Because of my past experience (with other schools) and not needing much coaching, I was able to view them with first timers from the outside and I can tell you that you couldn't ask for better teachers for your intro to rock climbing. I'm looking forward to my intermediate level climbs with them!

Nice intro to outdoor rock climbing! Would be more interesting if you could set up 3 top lines instead of just 2.
