Lovely atmosphere - professional, well ordered reception, variety of health oriented activities and services offered. Clean and bright facility and I appreciated that it was on ground level.

My first time there for massage. I had only been to a yoga workshop before. Enjoyed both. The people and the space are very welcoming. The massage was super! The therapist was well trained in technique and she provided a good balance of quiet time interspersed with conversation, only when I initiated.
