Was hard to schedule. Bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. Actually made my back go numb. Her hands smelled like smoke, which was unpleasant because her hands were all over my face. The extensions are really stiff and crunchy. It's been a week and I'd really like them off.

Gave this as a gift to my daughter. The lashes started falling out the next day. She had planned to go to amie for refills but the original lashes were a disaster.
