This place is great. If you don't like taking classes everyday, you can do a drop-in to the gym/fitness centre and work at your own pace. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and great facility!

Just get in contact with them and go from there. They are extremely friendly and approachable, no need to be nervous even if you've never trained. They will get you started and make sure you are comfortable, on that note be ready for a work out!
