The equipment is good and they are located at the right place where the water is calm. We were beginners to stand-up paddle boarding and were able to experience a great water adventure. The prices that they offer are quite reasonable as well, considering the prices everywhere else in Kelowna.

Firsts try couldn't get a board as "a storm was coming". Called to book and got voice mail. Sent text to see if they would be open. No response. Dropped in an got a board. Paddle had been taped with electrical tape and kept falling apart during use. Paddles also do not float.

More information needed to be given in the "fine print" section. Such as bring ID, credit card, etc. I thankfully live close to this area so it was easy to run back and retrieve everything necessary. But overall everything else was goo
