Great service! We couldn't have had a better experience. Cameron identified and repaired all of our current bicycle problems, and our bikes now work like new. We have tried very reputable bike shops in Kelowna and have been disappointed with the lack of knowledge and customer service. We will definitely make Lake Country Cycle our primary bike repair shop.

I was very pleased with the entire service package and the new tires I purchased. Bike rode very smoothly.

The reason I would not have gone there, is because they are for me quite a bit out of the way compared to other similar businesses. Saying this I was most satisfied with the work they did and their professional attitude. I would go back there, but hope I won't have to, since I am ove3r 80 and my bicycle times are probably very limited. Thanks the same.
