I was completely disappointed with the service and the procedure. I had to wait almost 1 hour to get into a room. Then waited another 30 minutes and they asked if I wanted a consultation with a dermatologist. The Microdermabrasion was a JOKE!!! I should have just washed my face with Proactive. They left so much gritty stuff on my face that I had to home and wash it all off. Would NEVER go back or ever recommend their Microdermabrasion.

MUCH better customer service. Worst appointment i've had in years!!!
