Very nice and clean office and studio. A nice variety of instructors and classes. I would attend more classes if it was closer to home.

This was my first time doing YOGA and attending a YOGA class. I was pleased and impressed with this place, very clean and great location. This morning when I got to work I had to tell everyone that they must try Hot Yoga and Wellness Center Kennesaw.

I've been to weekend & week night classes. Both have been good. I've also been to different types of classes and enjoyed all of them.

Great instructors, very relaxing, so much energy after and definitely noticeable decreased pain and increased strength and flexibility! Highly reccomend!
