Susan Zhao understands massage therapy. Licensed to practice in New York, Florida, Virginia, and Georgia, she divides her time between attending to clients' needs and overseeing the three Jo Jo's Massage locations that she founded. During hot-stone massages, a therapist treats troublesome areas with heated stones, which radiate heat to soothe tightly knotted muscles located deep beneath the surface.
