We only interacted with the staff of the rock climbing wall (which operates independent from the rest of the gym). They had a very nice setup... very high wall, lots of climbing options, good instruction and very nice staff. We're looking forward to going back. I took my 3 young kids (5, 6, 8) - they were treated well and had a blast. They had climbing routes from easy to advanced.

used the rock climbing wall-instructor (matt) made it really comfortable & calmed my nerves. He was an avid climber himself which made it more exciting, he knew his stuff
