I was disappointed that my phone did not respond to the new screen that was replaced. It took 2 weeks for my phone to work correctly. I thought I was going to have to go through a refund and end up going to Apple to get it fixed. It was a lot of stress to replace the screen, but once it finally responded to my phone and started working correctly, it has worked ever since.

1.Was told wait time 1-2 hours. Waited over 3
2. Now I-pad wont hold a charge and wi fi wont reach beyond a few feet.
3. Location dirty and unkempt
