I went to Scissorhands for a mani/pedi. The technician was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately she is a hair stylist, not a nail technician and that was very apparent as far as the end result.

They need a nail tech. The person who did my toes and nails did the best she could. I did oot get my money worth.

Love your technicians and stylists, and they do a great job! It just may be time to upgrade to a real pedicure chair...

The staff was very friendly & nice, but the experience was almost like giving myself a manicure & pedicure at home. There's no pedicure chair & they don't clip your cuticles, but just push them back. The polish stayed on less than a week so it was disappointing.

They were not well organized and this was not a professional salon. My feet were put in a portable foot spa massager which I have at home. My toesnails were not cleaned underneath. They did not have the right equipment for this. My toenails looked like they were painted by a middle school student. Until they get professional booths for pedicure, they really should discontinue their manicures and pedicures. Really disappointed and I have shared my feelings with my friends, family and others I don't know!!!!

I went in for a mani/pedi. I didn't get the man because the pedi was terrible. It was not the technician's fault. THe equipment used was way out of date.....would not recommend nor go back.
