What a great experience! Not only did I get a great cut and highlight - we had good conversation and laughed as well. When I spend a couple hours of my day with someone its important to me that I feel like the time was well spent. Great atmosphere and a great stylist = time well spent! Thanks Lesa!!

Mrs. Caldwell, I gave you a picture of what I was looking to do and that is not what I got. I told you to please cut half inch off my length and you cut more like 2 in. But, beyond that the one thing I can not understand is how a person of 11 years of experience can overpriced and completely damage my hair were it is now falling out. I have never experienced anything like this and I am asking for my money back. My phone is 937.545.7707. I already left you a voicemail so I hope to hear from you soon.
