Have bathing suit , sunscreen, bottle of water and a smile for the pics lol ! Very fun and a lot of exercising. Great instructors and environment!

It was actually a lot of fun! The paddle board is very easy to manage, the hardest part is trying to stand up, but you can ride along on your knees. The place is nice and quiet, and the instructor made it easy to learn.
