Depending on one's age and disability it was a little difficult going up stairs. But that applies to anyplace with stairs. I'm sure they would have set me up down stairs if I had told them I had difficulty. They were absolutely excellent!

One of the student who was doing my nails, started crying when I asked to cut a little bit more...... the management took her way and gave me another person to finish the job without any explanation of what happened. For that moment on, all the students acted weird with me. Very discomfort situation.
